Talk 84: Alicia & Alisa Officer To say we've been drinking coffee since we were kids would be a complete understatement. We remember sneaking sips at 3 years old! We come from a very diverse, close knit family. Our love for coffee started with our grandma who we call "tayta," (pronounced "thai-ta") in Lebanese. She taught us to share what we know with the community around us. For our family, coffee is an experience, a cornerstone of discussion. Whether it's after the hardest day or the best day of your life, you'll always hear someone asking, "Is there coffee on?" With Unapologetic Coffee, we welcome everyone to our family. Our community, originally springboarded in the CreativeMornings collective, brought this region to their global conversation, contributing alongside cities exponentially larger.
