Monument Health and Hard Rocker Performance are teaming up this summer to bring your athletes the best Athletic Performance Camps for every sport! Football, Basketball, Volleyball, Baseball, Soccer, Hockey, Track, all sports are able to participate and will run through the same programming that is offered to the best of the best! If you consider yourself an athlete that wants to maximize your speed, agility, strength, and power, this is the camp for you. This 6-week immersive camp is all leading up to the Monument Health Hardrocker Combine Powered By EXOS. One lucky winner will win a trip to the 2024 NFL Combine to hang out with the EXOS Team and the NCAA Combine athletes at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis! June 12th through June 30th The first 3 weeks of camp will focus on developing Speed, Agility, Quickness, and Reactivity for every sport. Your athletes will learn how to shuffle, cut, change direction, and become faster and more explosive in their sport. Your athletes will get the same coaching that the countries best college athletes get every year prior to the biggest job interview of their lives, the NFL Combine. Where: Tuesday's: High School & Middle School athletes at the Monument Health Sports Performance Institute Thursday's: High School athletes at O'Harra Stadium, Middle School athletes at the Monument Health Sports Performance Institute When: Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays from 6:00 PM to 7:15 PM Saturdays from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM July 10th through July 28th The second 3 weeks of camp will focus on strength, power, and explosive development for your athletes. This is where we build the engines that power our athletes, from the explosive posterior chain to beefy quads and hip flexors. Once your athletes have learned the movement skills, this is where we start to develop those V12 engines to become quicker, faster, and more explosive. Where: Tuesday's: High School athletes at O'Harra Stadium, Middle School athletes at the Monument Health Sports Performance Institute Powered By EXOS Wednesday's: Regeneration and Recovery for both High School & Middle School athletes at the Monument Health Sports Performance Institute Powered By EXOS Thursday's: High School athletes at O'Harra Stadium, Middle School athletes at the Monument Health Sports Performance Institute Powered By EXOS When: Tuesdays & Thursdays from 6:00 PM to 7:15 PM Wednesday's from 6:00 to Saturday's from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM July 28th: The Monument Health Hardrocker Athletic CombineThe 6-week Sports Performance Camps all lead up to the Monument Health Hardrocker Athletic Combine, where the best of the best athletes in the Black Hills will compete in the same events as the NFL Combine. For the past 24 years, EXOS has been getting athletes from every sport ready to perform at their best whether that is in the NFL, NBA, NHL, MLB, or whatever the athletes define as performance. The combine events that we will be testing are: -Anthropomorphic Data: WeightWingspanOptional Body Composition Analysis- Combine Tests Vertical JumpBroad Jump10, 20, & 40-yard Dash20 yard Pro Agility Shuttle3-cone Shuttle/L-Drill60 yard ShuttleBench Press(Velocity-based metrics)You will not find another Athletic Performance Combine in the Black Hills with as robust of a testing protocol as ours. Other combines might have a few field tests, but we'll measure your athletes ability to express force, their acceleration and absolute speed qualities, as well as their ability to change direction.
