The Student Conservation Association (SCA), bp America, and the City of Whiting invite you to come to the Mascot Hall of Fame to learn about the benefits of native trees in your community. Learn about conservation projects the SCA has been up to in your community and find out how to sign up for a tree through the CommuniTree Program. Tree Workshops and demonstrations will begin at 10:00 a.m. Event will take place rain or shine. WHEN: Saturday, March 25, 10 a.m. – 1 p.m. WHERE: Mascot Hall of Fame, 1851 Front Street, Whiting, Ind. 46394 WHAT: Learn about the SCA, the benefit of trees and how to obtain a free tree for your yard. Make your own seed balls to help native plants thrive. PROVIDED: Receive FREE native plants and bulbs!
