The SIU Foundation and College of Arts and Media invite the public to join us as the university awards two degrees to Bob Odenkirk '84, the writer and actor behind HBO sketch comedy "Mr. Show with Bob and David," fan favorite character Saul Goodman in the AMC series "Breaking Bad" and "Better Call Saul," as well as numerous other acting and writing credits. Odenkirk will receive two degrees during a ceremony at 7 p.m. Monday, April 3, at Shryock Auditorium. The first will be the bachelor's degree he earned as a student. The second will be an honorary doctorate. After the degree presentation, there will be a discussion and audience Q&A session. The event is free and open to the public. Seating is limited and proof of registration is required to gain entry. Seating locations are on a first come, first served basis.
