This FREE event is for all girls in TK through 5th grade who are currently NOT registered to Girl Scouts nor belong to a troop and are Riverside County and San Bernardino County residents in the cities of Cathedral City, Coachella, Desert Center, Desert Hot Springs, Indian Wells, Indio, La Quinta, Palm Desert, Rancho Mirage, Salton Sea, Thermal, 1000 Palms, Blythe, Ripley, Joshua Tree, Landers, Morongo Valley, Pioneer Town, 29 Palms/Marine Base, Wonder Valley, and Yucca Valley. Join us as we'll be making a fun craft and learning Girl Scout traditions! We'll be discovering your inner Purple Person. Attendees encouraged to wear purple. Parent/Guardian attendance mandatory-this is not a drop off event. Evenbrite registration required to attend-no walk ins allowed. Program starts at 4:00pm, please arrive in a timely manner. Each girl participant will receive a free gifted membership from Girl Scouts of San Gorgonio Council. Girl Scout membership details and troop information will be presented. Each girl who registers as a member of Girl Scouts of San Gorgonio at this event will receive a free copy while supplies last of The World Needs More Purple People by Kristen Bell & Benjamin Hart. Registration closes on April 30, 2023 to attend this event.
