This session will focus on the importance of setting clear goals, selecting relevant metrics, and using appropriate tools to evaluate the effectiveness of social media campaigns. By tracking and analyzing data, we can gain valuable insights into audience behavior and content performance and adjust our strategies to achieve our objectives and impact our organization. Meet Chas Williams! Chas Williams got his start in social media while taking photos on an iPhone 6 and has turned that passion into a career. As a 2015 and 2017 graduate of Clemson University, Chas is the Executive Director of Social Media within the Division of Marketing and Communications, overseeing the social media strategy for the University and the President. In 2018, he and his wife started their own videography business, and he currently leads Video Campaigns in the Digital Age for Wilbur O. and Ann Powers College of Business students.
