Meet your presentersStacey Kimberlin, Director of DEI Planning, CultureALLStacey Kimberlin is Director of DEI Planning for CultureALL. Stacey believes in the power of real-life experiences and personal narratives to build empathy and community. She is a Certified Diversity Professional® and an experienced facilitator of the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI®). She leads CultureALL’s core team of IDI® Qualified Administrators and meets with clients to interpret their profile data related to intercultural competence. She designs, creates, and facilitates workshops, focus groups, and planning and training sessions to produce more inclusive environments in communities, worksites, and schools. She coaches leaders and their employees through their intercultural development. Mathew Gore, attorney, Iowa Civil Rights CommissionMathew Gore is a 2015 graduate of Drake University Law School, and has been employed with the Iowa Civil Rights Commission since 2016. Mathew is currently a staff attorney with the Commission; he previously worked as an investigator in the Commission’s Housing section for four years, and served as the Housing Lead Worker for one year. Mathew also serves as the Commission’s point of contact for fair housing law questions from housing providers, and coordinates the Commission’s fair housing training and mediation programs.
