Come enjoy and support these AMAZING students as they prepare to take their dishes to the next level and compete at ProStart Nationals in Washington DC. After taking home the Missouri State Championship these students are ready for you to try their dishes! Along with guidance from their teacher, Parrie Bayles, and their mentors, Chef Scott Romano, Chef Pierre Torres and Chef Cameron Koepke, they will be running the 1932 Reserve kitchen for one night only offering their award winning menu. The proceeds of this dinner will help offset travel and food costs to the national competition in Washington DC as well as ingredients for practicing, equipment, and other related costs.
