Zion National Park makes a great weekend getaway. We have reserved 2nights (3days) in Zion National Park, March 31 - April 2. Make it a one day trip or spend the weekend, this trip is flexible, it’s up to you. THINGS TO DO: Camp, Hike, Sightsee, and AdventureDRIVE TIME: 6.5 hours from Los Angeles, CA./ 2 hours from Las Vegas, Nevada Address: 1 Zion Park Blvd, Springdale, UT 84767 Day 1 (Friday, 3/31) Arrive at Zion NP and set up camp. Check-in is at 12 pm; This trip is flexible so you can arrive later if you like. Take time to adventure on your own as the other group members make their way to camp. The campground is reserved and open to the group at 12 pm so you may begin setting up camp at that time. Day 2 (Saturday, 4/1) Wake up early and get a start on hiking. There are plenty options for hiking trails. We can hiking Angels Landing, Narrows, or Canyon Overlook. For angels Landing we will need a permit for the last part of the hike starting at the chains. For Narrows, I recommend renting a wet suit as the water temperature is likely to be cold. Rentals can be purchased from Zion Outfitters: https://zionoutfitter.com/narrows-rentals/ or Zion Guru: https://www.zionguru.com/narrows-rental-equipment We can hike as a group or you can venture on your own; there are many other sights to see and trails to hike. After the hike, we will arrive back to the campsite and enjoy some free time hanging out around the campsite. Day 3 (Sunday, 4/2) Take a short morning hike before heading home. Say our goodbyes and hopes to see each other again at our next event.
