Our mission is to provide realistic opportunities earlier to assist youth in understanding their own emotional intelligence and honing in on their own learning style. Our pillars are emotional intelligence, entrepreneurship, culture immersion, global travel, leadership , finance, service learning and wellness. Stephanie Carter is the Founder/Chief Visionary Officer, of Just Because Youth Development she has worked in academia, youth and staff development for over 25 years as an 'educational disruptor of mediocrity'. She has gone from the playground to the Boardroom and establishing non-traditional programs to "SHIFT ' the narrative necessary to promote advocacy, wellness & staff retention in both academia and in various corganizations .
