On your mark, get set, race! United Way of Lancaster County's Trike Race is back and better than ever; happening outside Clipper Magazine Stadium (650 Prince St, Lancaster) starting at 3:00 pm. Grab four friends, coworkers or classmates to join you on a team and get ready to race against the competition. United Way of Lancaster County will provide the tricycles, so you just need to bring your team spirit! Teams will face off in a bracket system, with team members taking turns racing down the 72 ft track on the trike relay-style. Check out last year's video for an example. As long as all 5 members of your team are 18+ and wearing closed toe shoes, everyone is welcome! Your $300 team registration fee secures your spot on the racing bracket, Trike Race t-shirts, and catered food and drinks at The Broken Bat after the race while you cheer on the Lancaster Barnstormers at 6:30 pm Payment can be done via credit card through Eventbrite by choosing the Pay Now ticket option. If you prefer to receive an invoice or pay by check, please choose the Pay Later ticket option. In case of rain, Trike Race will happen on Thursday, May 4th at 2 pm, with a 6:30 pm game to follow.
