ABOUT THE SPEAKER René Bonin serves as the Chief People Officer for Imagen Dental Partners in Scottsdale, AZ. With 20 years of business experience, she seamlessly partners a unique company culture and enviable organizational effectiveness. Before joining Imagen, Bonin served in a combination of business and human resources roles, both globally and domestically. As the Chief People and Transformation Officer at her prior organization, Bonin led enterprise strategy, Project Management Office (PMO) functions, and People and Culture teams. Before that, she spent nearly twelve years at Iron Mountain, a global leader in storage and information management services. At Iron Mountain, Bonin was selected for a high-visibility executive assignment to transform enterprise support functions into a global, shared-services model. She collaborated with leaders in the Americas, Asia Pacific, and EMEA on business planning, organizational design, workforce reductions, change communications, and technology implementations. Bonin drove program execution to ensure 45 impacted countries were supported effectively by local HR teams. During her time there, Bonin received the Best People Leader Award and three Awards of Excellence. Bonin received her undergraduate degree from Boston University and was recently named one of Arizona’s Most Admired Leaders by the Phoenix Business Journal.
