Join Wendy Branderhorst for an illustrated talk about the history of Holland’s Tulip Time Dutch costumes, how they have changed over the years and why. In addition to pictures and descriptions, Wendy will bring actual costumes, books, and other memorabilia that she has collected. Guests will learn something new as well as correct some of the costume folklore that has grown over the years.
Wendy Branderhorst has been part of the Tulip Time Festival for many years. She was the first Alumni Costume Director and worked to help create some of the newer versions of the current costumes.
