VENDOR INFORMATION: This is a great way to get recognized for your commitment to the LGBTQ+ Community of Flagler County! Our yearly festival has brought over 800+ attendees each year! Date: June 10th, 2023 Set-Up Begins: 11:00 am All vendors must be checked in and unloaded by: 11:45 am Festival Begins: 12:00 pm Breakdown Begins: 5:00 pm (All vendors must be broken down by 6:00 pm to enjoy the Drag Show & Dance Party) Each Vendor gets one 10x10 space unless otherwise arranged with Flagler Pride organizers. NO canopy, tables, chairs, extension cords, or equipment of any kind will be provided by Flagler Pride organizers. You will need to provide all the setup, shelter, and supplies needed for your booth. No refunds or transfers will be granted. We reserve to right to refuse vendor space to any vendors that conflict with our mission and values or violate any terms set by our venue or local government. Vendor Type Descriptions: Local Club/Institution/Figure - Any vendor that is not filed as a business or non-profit organization, such as a local social club, political party, political candidate, etc.Non-Profit Organization - Any vendor that is filed as a non-profit and can provide us with the applicable forms of proof.For-Profit Business - Any vendor that is filed as a type of business that earns profit, excluding food and beverage.Food Vendor / Tent or Truck - Any vendor that is a business that serves food or beverages, either out of a tent or food truck.Please, register accordingly; after doing so through Eventbrite you will be asked to email your non-profit status, current Local Business Tax Receipt or applicable licenses. SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES: Our Sponsors are instrumental for us to achieve our goals. Your Sponsorship of Flagler Pride, Inc. (501c3) will help further the success of our annual Flagler Pride and monthly socials; as well any community outreach projects we wish to support. All Sponsors will receive a 10x10 vendor spot at Flagler Pride, their logo on the Flagler Pride website, a shout-out on social media, a business mention in the Flagler Pride newsletter (2 per year). *The first 25 Sponsors to donate at least $500 (VIP) will also receive an "official Sponsor" t-shirt and their marketing materials placed in swag bags for Flagler Pride 2023 attendees (500 count).
