POSITION OVERVIEW:
We are looking for qualified Fronters/Closers to work in a high paced environment and that have relevant Call Center and Telesales experience. As a full time Telesales Representative with The Advantage Vacations, you would be responsible for presenting the Advantage Vacations ownership products and programs to our current and potential owners to generate maximum net sales volume while maintaining a professional and ethical representation of the company.
QUALIFICATIONS
• One year of sales experience required, 1-year Vacation Sales preferred.
• Persuasive and not afraid to dive into the position quickly
• Excellent verbal communication skills
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
• Maintain an upbeat, positive, and motivated demeanor
• Be comfortable making 100 – 150 outbound calls per day
• Cultivate Sales from various lead sources to sell our series of Vacation Products
• Accept Hands on Management
• Commits to the company's operating policies, procedures, sales and customer service philosophies
• Able to read/write/speak the English language, Spanish a plus
• Able to maintain required sales percentage per week
• Able to work a variable schedule, including evenings
• Performs well with frequent interruptions and/or distractions.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Salary: $12.00 - $20.00 per hour
Schedule:
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• No nights
Education:
• High school or equivalent (Required)
Experience:
• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
• Telemarketing: 1 year (Preferred)
• Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
