Kundalini Yoga is based on the belief that there is a well of energy, creativity, and love within each of us that is waiting to be activated. In class, you get a great workout that will increase your flexibility and stamina while also enhancing your concentration and self-awareness. Every class will be different, but all will feature some combination of postures (kriya), breath (pranayama), sound (mantra), and meditation to help release blocks to self-love and create a new road map to HEAL, EMPOWER, AND EXCEL.
