Pepita Coffee and Lamplighter Brewing Co. are excited to welcome the team from Broadsheet Coffee Roasters to join us for a fantastic afternoon of all things coffee and beer! In this interactive class, you'll learn more about how coffee is farmed, processed, roasted, as well as how to distinguish between different flavor profiles. Then, the Lamplighter team will chat about how we select coffee for beers, and different brewing methods. Along the way, you'll sample some coffees brewed with Broadsheet's locally roasted beans as well as two of Lamplighter's beers brewed with coffee: Cuppa (British Ale with Cold Brew) and Brunch (Breakfast Stout). Ticket includes all coffee samples, a guided tasting, plus two half pours of beer. *All ages are welcome, but you must be 21+ to enjoy a beer.
