President's Community Engagement Award Luncheon
The President’s Community Engagement Award recognizes exemplary community-academic partnerships, community-engaged research and community outreach activities and programs of MCW faculty, staff, students, and community partners. Join us over lunch to honor this year’s awardees and learn about their remarkable work.
In conjunction with the conference, The Office of Community Engagement is kicking off its first annual donation drive. The Community Engagement Donation Drive: Essential Supplies will be collecting new underwear and new and gently used backpacks to be supplied to one or more Milwaukee-area community organization partners. These items are some of the least donated and most needed by many community organizations serving people experiencing housing instability and other challenges.
Donate your items in one of the bins located on campus starting May 1 or bring your donations to the conference. You can also bring your donations on May 5 to the President's Award Ceremony. Learn more about President's Award here.
A more detailed agenda and other important details about the donation drive will be shared in the upcoming weeks.
