Camp runs from 10 am to 12 pm Monday June 19th through Friday June 23rdEach day consists of 50 minutes of review and instruction, a 10 minute break then 50 more minutes of fun drills and application $75 includes a t-shirt and a pair of foam chucksCampers can wear comfortable clothing or martial arts uniforms. We have uniforms available for purchaseWe have a fridge here for drinks and snacks as well as water and Gatorade for saleThe camp is geared toward ages 5-13, class is broken up into groups based on ageWe can easily adjust the material for all levels of fitness and prior martial arts experienceEach day will focus on different specific self defense techniques including: footwork, striking, blocking, falling, grab and ground defenses.
