Franklin County Chamber of Commerce has partnered with Ball State University to bring their exclusive Customer Experience Excellence (CXX) workshop to southeastern Indiana. Third Place is graciously hosting this event (and their lunch buffet will be open when the workshop ends. Lunch is not included in event cost). We encourage every business – and even nonprofits, schools and government offices – to send at least one person to this workshop. Two or more would be even better! From leaders to the front lines, everyone will gain important insights to transform how the business operates. Attendees will learn what makes up a great customer experience, how to map their own customer journeys, and how to bring fresh thinking into all aspects of the business. Greg Zirkle leads this fun and interactive workshop. Zirkle is Director of Business & Executive Programs at Ball State’s Miller College of Business and is a certified CX professional. We believe that if every business raises the bar and puts the customer first in new ways, then Franklin County and Southeastern Indiana becomes that much better as a place to live, work, visit and prosper.
