A sound bath is a multi-sensory experience that dissolves our outer world and allows us to connect with the core of who we are. With 8 crystal bowls resonating at different healing frequencies, this sound bath will activate, align, and cleanse your energetic centers, reset your nervous system, and elevate your vibration. Sound baths and sound healing techniques have been used for centuries to manage anxiety and quiet the mind, bring coherence to the body, and to connect deeper to the spirit. Whether you're looking for deep relaxation or seeking answers, this sound journey will gently light your way. Suggested items to bring: - An open mind - Eye mask - Yoga mat, pillows, blankets. You will be laying on the floor for 1 hour so bring what you need to be comfortable After the sound bath there will be time to integrate and share your experience. Sharing is completely optional but mingling is encouraged. Kombucha, water, and light snacks will be provided. The event is held on the second story above Panaderia La Esperanza. You may access the second floor through the bakery (head straight back), or through the exterior door on the side of the building. Please plan to arrive 5-10 minutes early to choose your spot and get comfortable. We will begin on time. Late arrivals disrupts the energy of the room and compromises the experience.
