Empowerment for Survivors of Domestic Violence is a 6 part series of class sessions which address domestic violence topics and teaching survivors the path forward. The 5th class session discusses various healing modalities of which Yoga is one that can be used to heal the body, mind and soul of the survivor of family violence trauma. Wear comfortable clothing as this is an interactive class.
