Join us for a wonderful wine and dine event at Bar 45! The event is April 13th at 6:30 PM. Doors open at 5 PM. Tickets are $45 per person and there is a $10 deposit due at registration through Eventbrite.
Purchase of a ticket includes a three course meal from chef John Davis, along with four different wines to taste from Duckhorn Vineyards. Additional pours and bottles will be available for purchase.
MENU:
3 course meal prepared by Chef John Davis:
-Bruschetta with tomato and roasted red pepper relish, olive tapenade and sweet pea hummus

-Danish Havarti with raspberry coulis micro greens, Melba crisps and almond butter.
-Braised beef short ribs, creamy polenta, roasted carrots and beef and roasted vegetable jus.
Four different wines for tasting:
-Decoy, Brut Cuvee Methode Champenoise California
-Calera, Chardonnay Central Coast
-Duckhorn Vineyards, Cabernet Sauvignon Napa Valley
-Paraduxx, Proprietary Red Napa Valley
