Description

This program developed by Jane Goodall is a youth service program which helps empower young people to become leaders who build a better world. The mission of the program is to foster respect and compassion for all living things, to promote understanding of all cultures and beliefs, and to inspire each individual to take action to make the world a better place for people, other animals, and the environment. Recommended ages 5-8. Registration required. 1st Mondays (March 6th, April 3rd, May 1st) from 6-7 pm. Location: Kunkel Creation Station March - Gratitude Stewards: Thank you Letters to Sheldrick Wildlife Trust Elephant Keepers (Parents encouraged to stay for this program.)April - Garden Stewards: Composting and Growing SeedsMay - Grounds Stewards: Litter Pick-Up (Parents will be required to stay.)
