Curious about how to grow mushrooms? Join us down at THEARC Farm to learn how to grow delicious, gourmet shiitake mushrooms and then experience the process yourself! We have dozens of logs to inoculate and we'd love your help preparing them down at the farm. When you're finished, you'll take home an inoculated log so you can harvest mushrooms at home for years to come. The workshop will be held outdoors and you might get dirty, so please dress accordingly!
