Description

We offer a supportive and welcoming environment where you can learn and practice at your own pace. Our classes are held twice a week, and each session is approximately one hour long. Attendees will receive a set of headphones with the ability to switch between 3 channels of mediation music and sounds. Each person can meditate however they see fit with no interruptions.
