The Spring Equinox is a time of awaking and rebirth! Scientifically, it's one of the only times within a year where the Northern and Southern Hemispheres of the Earth experience the equal amount of daytime and night time! As we welcome more sun, warmth, and growth during this seasonal energetic shift, it's the perfect time for us to plant seeds, set intentions, and grow along with the intelligence of life! Leave the Winter blues behind, and step into Spring feeling deeply rooted through grounding, setting intentional goals and feeling freshly inspired for your own rebirth and new beginnings! We'll open our session with a fun "planting seeds" gardening activity while setting intentions together and tapping into our creativity. This exercise will then lead us to our meditation and grounding breath work. Lastly, we'll end with a Spring Inspired Sound Bath. As you lay down, simply allow the holistic sounds of the instruments to ease your mind, your thoughts, and stresses. This is the perfect time to connect with yourself, your intentions, prayers, wishes, and welcome the energetic shift you'll soon experience in this new season of new life! (432 Hz Frequency Sound Waves) * Temperature environment will be warm and cozy (75F) * Recommended attire can be loose and comfy to your preference. * Feel free to bring your yoga mat (if you don't have one, no worries, we have a supply of yoga mats for your use) * Feel free to bring a blanket (if you don't have one, no problem, we have a supply of handmade blankets sown out of recycled material imported from Mexico) * Most importantly, bring your love and compassion. This space is intended to create a community filled with trust and vulnerability, acceptance for all races and beliefs, LGBTQ, gender equality, peace and love. A judgement free zone.
