Born and raised in Detroit’s arts and musical hotbed, Jami Lula made his way to Southern California where he landed at LA’s Musician’s Institute and spent many years as a dynamic and influential vocal professor, and creative leader. As a songwriter and touring artist, Jami’s repertoire has influenced, and is influenced by,his relationships with global thought leaders Michael Beckwith, Marianne Williamson,Dr. Wayne Dyer, Neil Donald-Walsh, Jean Houston, Barbara Marx-Hubbard, Mary Mannin Morrissey, Bishop Carlton Pearson, and Dr. Shefali. Jami’s talent has received multiple honors including LA Music Awards’ “Best MaleVocalist”, Centers for Spiritual Living “Youth Champion Award”, and a 2021 Honorary Doctorate from Centers for Spiritual Living as a Conscious Artist, Singer/ Songwriter.
