Environments are beginning to holistically support residents through person centered care and by providing the consumer with a seamless care experience. This interactive workshop will encourage participants to explore and design methods to elevate physical, emotional, mental, social and spiritual aspects within senior living environments for their patients/clients/residents. The following components will be explored in depth: effectively designing enriching communication approaches between staff, caregivers and residents. Designing and implementing creative leadership approaches between administrators, employees, and residents. Designing and creating a diverse, nutritious and superior dining experiences to support resident's physical and social experiences.
