Soap Making Workshop + Wine Tasting with The Lavender Sachet at Mio Vino

Alison Peters, founder of The Lavender Sachet, will walk the group through the process of how to create beautiful terrazzo soaps – including mixing complementary fragrances, designing the soap and more. Workshop attendees will get to sample and pick their own scents from options of essential oils such as lavender, peppermint, ylang ylang, lemon, bergamot, sandalwood, rose, jasmine, grapefruit, eucalyptus and tea tree. Once scents are selected, we’ll move on to choosing colors and design to create a one-of-a-kind terrazzo bars of soap using all-natural, 100% pure vegetable base glycerin soap. During the class, the group can order delicious bites and enjoy their complimentary wine tasting (three wines). At the end of the workshop, you will take home two custom created terrazzo soap bars!
