Join us for a one day Yoga Retreat to restore, relax and reconnect with yourself. Nourish your body and mind in nature with outdoor yoga, meditation and sound healing experience.
The yoga classes will be friendly and all levels are welcome. There will be Yin-Yoga, Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga classes which will help you to link movement and breathing for a relaxing flow.
This is an amazing opportunity to meet new friends that share the same interests as you, make a pause into your busy life and look inside more than the outside.

What to bring?
Please bring a thick yoga mat, yoga props (strap and blocks), comfortable clothes, sun lotion and sun hat, notebook and pencil, personal item for the welcome ceremony ( candle, seeds, flowers, fruits or incenses).
