This year's theme, we wanted to focus on something that many young Vietnamese-American adults are familiar with: comparison & expectations. The story is about two siblings, Phoebe and Calvin live a typical Asian-American lifestyle with their ever- hardworking parents. As Phoebe indulges in her first year of college, Calvin endeavors at a chance at medical school. However, each sibling is still unaware of the roles they must fulfill and the reasons behind their parents' unworldly expectations. Together, follow their convoluted journeys as they reach new epiphanies about their ambitions and family.
