The Mariposa Experience is an intentional retreat designed to empower and replenish. Curated experiences offer space for personal growth, creativity, and holistic healing. Meditation practice will help to begin or continue to assess balance and imbalance in the Chakra energy centers. We will use the Chakra system framework to tune into important questions for understanding the mind, body, spirit connection between your experiences, emotions, and beliefs. Shadow Work helps tune in to the energy that blocks you and helps you to reconnect you to your own light. The subconscious parts we have hidden, ignored, disowned, or dislike can become trapped energy holding us in old patterns. Being with the shadow helps us reconnect soul, body, mind, and emotions to create balance that serves your highest purpose. We will practice meditation, journaling, and art making to tune into our inner knowing, deepen insights, and commemorate our work. Join in yoga, meditation, art, and talking circles. All inclusive private mountain home in Lake Arrowhead, California. All meals prepared by nutrition coach and vegan chef.
