Families of Bands of Hanahan
We would like to invite you to 2023 Bands of Hanahan Banquet and Awards Ceremony on Saturday, May 20, 2023, in the Hanahan Mabeline Gym. The Awards Ceremony will begin at 11am and the Banquet portion will immediately follow.
The Awards Ceremony is a time to recognize our performers achievements, celebrate our outgoing seniors, and acknowledge band staff and band volunteers. Also, band section leaders will be revealed, as well as the theme for the upcoming marching season. Most importantly, the Banquet celebration will be a time to have fun, get comfortable and celebrate with those that you've stood next to, on and off the field because band is family.
All Bands of Hanahan Students and their parents/ guardians are invited and encouraged to attend the Banquet. However, due to the magnitude of the event and available space, reservations for the Banquet will be based on a "first-come, first served" basis.
To properly accommodate all students, volunteers, and faculty, we ask that only immediate family attend, except for Senior students.
The Awards Ceremony is free. If you'd like to stay for the Banquet cost is $10 per adult over 18 and $5 for all school aged students with Seniors (students only) being free. 5 and under will also be free but must be accounted for. The cost will cover the price of your full meal catered by Music Man BBQ.
Please purchase your ticket by April 29th. Unfortunately, we may not be able to accommodate tickets sales after April 29th.
