All juniors and seniors are invited to attend an enchanting evening of dance, drinks, and memory making at the 2023 Once Upon a Time Prom! We are happy to announce that this years prom has been sponsored to allow every student who wants to attend the opportunity to do so at no cost. Tickets are still required and you will need to present them for entrance to the venue. Only juniors and seniors will be admitted to the dance, unless accompanied by an upperclassman as their date. All students will need their student ID along with their tickets for entry. Event attire is formal. Jeans, non collared shirts, baseball hats, attire that is too revealing will not be allowed. This is your chance to dress up and wear your best! No person who appears or is suspected of being under the influence of drugs or alcohol will be allowed into the venue and reported to security. We reserve the right to check all bags, purses, or carryalls at any time during the event or beyond the check in table. No backpacks allowed, please leave large items in the car. A coat check will be available with security and is a safe option to store small personal items, car keys, or cell phones if desired. Drinks and sweet treats will be served at no cost, please make your dinner arrangements before or after prom. Directions to the venue and parking info: Lake Mead south to Lake Las Vegas Parkway Enter Lake Las Vegas -Right Strada Di Villaggio -3rd Left Into Hilton Parking garage -Take the Elevator to the 4th floor -Walk across the bridge along the outside of the Hilton down the stairs make veer to the left and head into the village. -Walk past the Sonrisa Grill on the right down the ramp turn right at the fountain and A Moment In Time Events is the building with the gated courtyard with wine barrels and bistro lighting on your right.
