Join us to meet the artists, on Wednesday, April 5, at 5:30 PM at The Circuit in the Sistrunk neighborhood, and learn about their innovative projects and mix and mingle with other creatives. 5:30 PM: Meet and mingle 6-7 PM: Artist presentations by: Darius DaughtryNicole YarlingDana KleinmanAnthony TorresBrendan WalshBroward Cultural Division’s Artist Innovation Grant, created in collaboration with the Community Foundation of Broward, is an outstanding opportunity for professional and established artists of all disciplines to create new and experimental art projects. The $10,000 award is designed to encourage risk-taking, exploration of artistic pursuits, career advancement, interactivity, and sustained commitment to artistic work. For the current cycle, 10 individual artists received funding to produce projects now through September 30, 2023.
