Learn the secrets behind tender, moist cornbread and savory muffins in this workshop with the Baking Team of Honeypie Bakeshop. Held inside our bakeshop kitchen at our sister cafe, Palomino, this hands-on class is fun, interactive and a chance for you to learn how to achieve tender little corn muffins. We will also show you different ways to adapt the recipe into savory muffins for many different occasions. You will depart class with a dozen of your very own, handmade muffins ready to eat or share. Ticket price includes all of your ingredients, recipes with instructions and tips, and a drink ticket for the bar. Class takes place inside our working bakeshop kitchen and requires standing for the majority of the time while working at counter-height kitchen table. If you need any kind of accommodation, please reach out to us and we will do our best to make arrangements. Please wear close-toe, non-slip shoes and clothes you do not mind getting flour on. Please note, we often have long wait lists for our classes. Tickets to class are non-refundable if you cancel without more than 72 hours notice. If you need to cancel within 72 hours of class, you are welcome to email us, and we will offer your spot to a person on the waiting list. If it is taken by someone waiting, we will refund your ticket. You are also welcome to give your ticket to a friend and they can attend in your place.
