Belly dancing is an appreciation of the feminine form. We can use it as a vehicle to heighten our confidence, feel freedom and even make friends. Let's get together and practice belly dance! You will burn 300-500 calories per class! Its an amazing workout and a fun time.
First we practice a deep breathing exercise together-15 mins
Second we will do our self celebration ceremony- 5 mins
Third we will do some belly dance warm up stretches -10 mins
Finally we will learn & practice belly dance! 30 mins
*As an added bonus you will get to pick a belly dance hip scarf with coins on it to add to the flair of the experience!
