Lace up your sneakers and join Crystal Clinic at Summit Mall on Friday, March 17 from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. as we partner with Summit Mall to launch the Walk for Wellness program! This kick-off event will be held in the Food Court area next to Crystal Clinic’s QuickCare Connection Station. Guests will have the opportunity to interact with Crystal Clinic physical therapists who will offer tips to help improve their mobility and maintain an active lifestyle. There will be giveaways and opportunities to win quarterly prizes. In addition, physical therapists will be on hand the first Friday of each month from 9 a.m. – 10 a.m. to meet with walkers. Walkers are encouraged to go at their own pace, gradually increasing speed and distance as they improve their strength and stamina. Select a date and register for free!
