Sacred Owl was developed to create a safe and supportive space for women to come together and help each other heal. Mary will guide you through a therapeutic breathwork experience with the intent to help with emotional healing and personal growth. As you fall into a deep meditative state you will be taken on a healing journey through the frequencies of Tibetan and Crystal Bowls. We'll finish up this gathering by opening up the room for any questions or discussions that you may have. Reminder this is a safe place to come together to heal. You are seen. You are Heard. You are Loved. Please feel free to bring: Yoga Mat, Blanket, Pillow, Water, Eye Mask, Crystals, Any Sacred Items, Journal, & anything else to create a cozy healing nest for yourself.
