We are pleased to announce that Lynell Grimes, CPT and Yoga Instructor from the Jewish Community Alliance (JCA), will be leading a Mindfulness Meditation and Yoga Presentation. SHINE is an interactive breast cancer support group that provides an uplifting environment to encourage meaningful and helpful conversation. Through SHINE, our goal is to help women with breast cancer make informed treatment decisions, equip them with tools to ease the challenges of treatment, and most importantly, share support and encouragement during and after breast cancer.
