OCC's Handgun Safety Course is taught by NYS DCJS-certified firearms instructors and fulfills requirements for obtaining a pistol permit in Onondaga, Cayuga, Madison, Oswego, and Seneca counties. It's a one-day commitment, that lasts approximately four hours.
