SWEAT & SHINE CHALLENGE: Passport class in celebration of Women's History Month presented by Kendra Scott. Complimentary community class.
Open to the public. Bring a yoga mat and wear sneakers.
CARDIO ARMS POWER TOWER: This low impact workout consists of 7 focused strength exercises executed for 30 seconds each to build a “Power Tower.” We work our way up the tower in the first half of class. Perform 2 minutes of core work at the top of the tower, and then work our way back down. Expect an energetic strength challenge!
CHALLENGE INFO: Join us for the Sweat & Shine Challenge presented by Kendra Scott! Take 10 classes of your choice and attend all 4 passport classes to earn a special GRIT edition of a Kendra Scott signature Elisa necklace! Classes must be a minimum of 30 minutes each. Challenge runs from March 1st - March 31st.
