Come join Wellness Coach, Shane Young, on a beautiful hike that will ground you to Mother Earth and have you feeling deeply connected to others in a safe and loving container. Community and nature are medicine for our souls. Participents will have the option to take a light sacremant if they are wishing to microdose beforehand. Our plant teachers can oftentimes help deepen our experience on a subperceptual level. This is a great opportunity to welcome in natures bounty, especially as Spring arrives and we contemplate what we want to plant and grow in this upcoming year. Hope you can join us!
