We invite you to join us on May 7th for the I RISE ABOVE Mental Health Awareness Event, where we will bring together professionals, vendors, and members of the community to advance mental health education and awareness.   You will have the chance to listen to a variety of speakers at the event, including therapists and life coaches, who will share their knowledge, expertise and experience on a variety of mental health-related subjects. We have the information you need to learn more about emotional health, trauma, suicide prevention, depression, anxiety, or other related subjects.   Along with our speaker lineup, we'll have vendors selling things like clothing, candles, treats,self care items and food in addition to giving you the chance to shop. There also will be vendors will also offer you materials for mental health awareness and education. Supporting these businesses will help us in our effort to end the stigma associated with mental health problems.   That's not all, though! At the conclusion of the event, you will have the chance to unwind and relax with a meditation and hip hop yoga session. We'll also be giving away free prizes every hour all day long as a way of saying "thank you" for your support.   I RISE ABOVE is dedicated to giving people the tools they need to take charge of their mental health and general wellbeing. We believe that mental health is just as important as physical health.
