 Master Class Info Who’s ready to dance? Learn a Gold Rush style combination taught by Gold Rush Captain, Lauren. Open to anyone 18 years of age or older. All dance levels welcome. Master Class Date/Time Sunday, March 26th - 12:00pm - 1:00pm Location 49ers Fit 1600 Saratoga Ave. Ste 46 San Jose, CA 95129   About Lauren, Gold Rush Captain Team Captain Lauren just finished her seventh season with the Gold Rush. She cheered at Super Bowl LIV and was selected to represent the Gold Rush at the 2022 Pro Bowl. She’s received many team awards throughout her time on the team including: Rookie of the Year, Team Spirit Award, and Most Valuable Cheerleader. Outside of Gold Rush, Lauren teaches third grade at a project based learning school, hangs out with her adopted pet cat, and loves Soduku puzzles! Release of Liability for Master Class As a participant of the 49ers Gold Rush Master Class on March 26th, I understand that there are risks of physical injury associated with, arising out of and inherent to the activity of dance and cheerleading. In recognition of this acknowledged risk of injury, I knowingly and voluntarily waive all rights and/ or causes of action of any kind, including any and all claims of negligence, arising as a result of such activity from liability and could accrue to the National Football League, San Francisco 49ers, e2k, 49ers Fit its officers, agents, employees, instructors, subsidiaries, parent corporations and all affiliated entities (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Producers”). I hereby agree to release the Producers and hold them harmless of all liability, and hereby acknowledge that I knowingly and voluntarily assume full responsibility for all risks of physical injury arising out of active participation in the 49ers Gold Rush Master Class. I am aware that this is a release of liability and acknowledgment of my voluntary and knowing assumption of risk of injury. I have signed this document voluntarily and my own free will in exchange for the privilege of participation. I hereby authorize the Producers or their agents to act in my behalf to provide emergency medical treatment. I further release the Producers of all liabilities associated with my attendance to the workshops. Photograph, Television, Tape, Movie and/or Sound Recording Authorization and Release I hereby authorize and consent that the San Francisco 49ers, e2k, 49ers Fit its legal representatives, successors or assigns, shall have the absolute right to copyright, publish, use, sell, or assign any and all photographic portraits or pictures, television spots, movie films, videotapes and/or sounds recordings, or any part thereof, they have taken or made of me on this date or in which I may be included in whole or in part, whether apart from or in connection with, illustrative or written printed matter, story or news item, motion pictures, television or radio spots, or for publicity, advertising or any other lawful purpose whatsoever, in conjunction with my own or a fictitious name, or in reproductions thereof in color or otherwise. I hereby waive all claims for any compensation for such use or for damages. I hereby waive any right that I may have to inspect and/or approve the finished product or the advertising copy that may be used in connection therewith or the use to which it may be applied. I state that I have read the above authorization and release, prior to its execution, and that I am fully familiar with the contents thereof.
