Allegro’s Spring Concert celebrates the power of music to transform and enrich our lives and by extension, our wider community. The concert will feature a range of composers and genres from old-time gospel to contemporary rock. "Fill The World With Song" is sure to inspire with songs that will be familiar, like “Bridge Over Troubled Water”, “A Million Dreams” and “I’d Like to Teach the World to Sing”, along with heart opening numbers including “Music Changes the World” and “Harmony’s Never Too Late”.
The 80-voice chorus, directed by Artistic Director, Merry Keller, will be accompanied by Ron Bryant, Piano; Steve Schenkel, guitar; Glen Smith, bass; Kevin Gianino, drums; and Ethan Edwards, on cello for a number featuring the treble voices in the chorus, “I Carry Your Song in My Heart”.
