Join us for a 50-minute Saturday morning yoga flow featuring the sounds, smells and sensations of Mother Nature. We will get much needed fresh air while breathing and moving mindfully together!
We will meet at 12:30pm. Flow begins at 1:00pm.
Be sure to bring:
Yoga Mat
Water Bottle
You may want to bring (but not required):
Towel
Blocks
