On April 1st, BICAS will be hosting our first Glow in the Dark Night Ride! Meet at BICAS for group ride! Take some glow sticks, glow in the dark paint and join us for a ride to Rio Vista Natural Resources Park! Food trucks, games, prizes and music will be provided. All proceeds will go towards our bicycle salvage, art & education programs!
