2000 Classes Group Leader: Sheka Scharoun Enter grounds at 7am to with your own set-up crew Hours 10am – 6pm Each class will be responsible for their own food, drinks, tables, chairs, tents, decorations. Small grills will be allowed on the park grounds. Large grills can be stationed on the 12 Ave side of the park. You will have to walk your grilled items into the park. There will be 2 DJ’s to cover the park with music. There’s no need for classes to bring music or speakers to the park. It will cause interference with the DJ’s hired for the event. CLEAN-UP starts at 5:00pm -Each class will be responsible for cleaning their own area, please bring large trash bags and remove ALL food. garbage, balloons, decorations, signs, chairs, tents etc. Please be off Park ground by 6pm. ABSOLUTELY NOTHING SHOULD BE LEFT ON PARK GROUNDS ABSOLUTELY NO driving any motor vehicle on grass areas, NOT even to drop grills or other items You must walk or bring a trolley to bring EVERYTHING o nto Park grounds. NO Motorcycle or Bikes on grass arears. NO ALC O HOL allowed on park grounds. Can Beer are allowed, NO glass bottle beers allowed on park grounds. NO dogs unless Service Dog allowed on park (all servic e dogs must have vest on) With the exception of self propelled wheelchair, power wheelchair, electric scooter, or other mobility device by an individual with a mobility impairment.
